Forest Guide

Walk with Me: A Path to Peace in Nature

In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel disconnected and overwhelmed. I believe that a profound and restorative peace is waiting for us in the woods, and my passion is to help you find it. This is not just a walk in the park; it’s an invitation to slow down, listen, and reconnect with yourself and the divine.

A Blended Approach to Guiding

My approach to guiding is shaped by a unique blend of scientific and spiritual understanding:

Scientifically Rooted:
My degree in Botany and Master Gardener certification give me a deep, practical understanding of the plant world, which enriches every experience.

Spiritually Grounded:
As an ordained pastor, trained Eco-Preacher and an Earth Keeper within the United Methodist Church, I offer a gentle, spiritual framework for our time together, creating a space for reflection and connection.

Experienced Facilitator:
I have been trained to lead “Wild Church,” a practice of worship and communion in the outdoors, preparing me to guide groups of all ages.

Ongoing Training in Forest Therapy

I am currently in the process of receiving additional certification as a Forest and Nature Therapy Guide. This training is helping me to formalize my skills in creating guided, healing experiences in nature.

Join Me on the Journey

While I complete this certification, I am available to facilitate informal walks and workshops. I would love for you to join me as I hone my practice and we discover together the peace and wisdom that the natural world has to offer.
